Hi, I’m Sarah O’Hara, Ministry of Hospitality Associate for Incarnation Lutheran Church. My role at Incarnation includes planning and preparing various food and beverage functions both on and off site as well as the meals at lunch and dinner on Wednesdays throughout the year. I have been a member of Incarnation since childhood and joined the staff in September 2005.
I was born and raised in Columbia, SC. My parents are Dr. Paul Rodesiler and Sue Rodesiler DeMichael. I have a younger sister, Cindy Rodesiler Edens. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from the University of South Carolina in May, 1991. My career background includes hotel management and catering sales, retail sales and management, and project management for a local interior design firm.
My husband, Sean and I were married at Incarnation in 1993. We have two sons, Griffin and Daniel, both baptized at Incarnation. Our sons attended the preschool, after-school and summer programs at the ILC CDC.
I enjoy many facets of ILC life: chair of Ruth Circle, Koinonia Vision team member, ILC rep for the Shandon Cluster of Churches, Children’s Ministry team member, VBS coordinator, Sunday School teacher, and former member of CDC committee. I especially enjoy working every day with our incredible ILC staff and dedicated church members!
