Our Ministry Support Vision Team supports the many administrative functions of the parish so that together we can “inspire, renew, and empower” others. We ensure that the lights are on when they should be, phones are answered, the lawn is mowed, printers have ink and paper and the bills that go along with all of this get paid on time. Although not a discernible part of Incarnation’s ministries, we make the visible part of Incarnation’s ministries better.
- Our Property Team makes sure that our 50+-year-old campus is ready to serve visitors and members who worship, learn, and serve at Incarnation. It is a blessing to have such a wonderful campus in this beautiful community. We work hard to keep it that way both to be responsible members of our community and to be an offering of beauty. We work diligently to keep the Lord’s house running as smoothly as possible, guaranteeing that our efforts to do the Lord’s work yields fruit.
- Our Personnel Team ensures that staff receives the support needed for effective leadership. We keep everybody up-to-date with Incarnation news and activities. Our members are always looking for ways to become involved and ways to grow, and we want them to know what we offer. Information is shared through email, the web, by phone, or by snail mail. We make sure the tools to answer everyone’s needs are ready and sharp when they are needed.
- Our Finance Team ensures good stewardship of financial resources. We want to be the servant whom the Lord chooses to give the ten talents, knowing we will make them grow for His glory (Matthew 25: 14-30). We invest, save, and spend with the prayer that every penny finds a real human need to satisfy in accordance with His plan for us.
The Ministry Support Vision Team welcomes new members interested in joining us to use their practical administrative skills and interests to provide the infrastructure necessary for outreach, worship, and service at Incarnation.
