Greetings in the name of our Risen Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ!
I am a graduate of Penn State and the Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. My husband, Michael, is a pilot with the Air Force, and his job has taken us from one adventure to another. We have lived in Texas, New Mexico, Arkansas, Arizona, Pennsylvania, and even Japan. We are very excited to be here and look forward to discovering the distinctive aspects about the people and places here that make Columbia, SC unique. Throughout our travels, I have had the opportunity to work with many church communities, including the Catholic Church, the Presbyterian Church and the Chaplaincy program of the US Air Force.
I serve at Incarnation as the Assistant Pastor for Faith Formation. At Incarnation Lutheran Church our goal is to have education and fellowship opportunities for every person who walks through our door, whether they are two or a hundred and two. We believe that it is through these types of opportunities that our faith is both nurtured and revitalized. In this capacity, I work closely with our two Child Development Centers, our youth and our adults, finding new ways to inspire, renew and empower our faith in our everyday lives.
