 The congregation council of Incarnation Lutheran Church is quite literally our ultimate Vision Team. All of the visions and different ways we seek to worship and serve the Lord came together here. They are our idea of the keepers of the big picture; a synergy of every facet of life with our Lord. Council is responsible to ensure everything fits together and we have resources in time and talents to get it all done. They are also charged with taking that step back for the perspective that looks to see if we really are on track in everything we do.
Not surprisingly, the leaders of the different Vision Teams come together with other elected congregational representatives to do all of this. They share their private inspirations as well as the cares and concerns of their teams and find a way to get it all done. They are then able go back to their respective teams with a fresh perspective and renewed inspiration. They are empowered by the whole of the church to lead their teams to follow through on our plans for service and growth in our community and within ourselves.
